【工作內容】
《Sales Support & Planning / Marketing / Commercial Bank》
Job Spec:
1. Manager capability to deliver and manage timely sales performance tracking
MIS, incentive payout efficiency with quality insight, streamlined process.
2. Support to sales performance enhancement project include: Sales process and
execution, analyzing, reporting, solution recommendation and action
enforcement.
3. To deliver solution-oriented financial & MIS analysis on sales planning,
incentive design, sales campaign planning.
4. Be flexible and willing to take ad hoc sales planning & MIS tasks with
quality delivery.
5. Ad projects & Channel management coordination

English and Chinese, sales-oriented personality, efficient, aggressive,
open-minded and can work under pressure.
